Craig Faustus Buck

Craig Faustus Buck is a writer of many faces having been a journalist, a nonfiction book author, a writer-producer for network television, a feature film screenwriter, a short-story author and now a novelist. His short film, Overnight Sensation, was nominated for an Academy Award.  He was one of the writers on the seminal miniseries V: The Final Battle, wrote mysteries for such shows as Magnum P.I. and Simon & Simon, and wrote the famous episode where The Incredible Hulk dropped acid.   Among his six co-authored nonfiction books, two were #1 NYT bestsellers–one pop-psychology the other pop-gynecology.

His agent is currently shopping his first noir mystery novel, Go Down Hard, which was First Runner Up for the Claymore Award at Killer Nashville.  His  indie feature, Smuggling for Gandhi, is currently in preproduction.  Based in Los Angeles, he is on the local chapter boards of both the Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime, and a member of the Writers Guild of America and International Thriller Writers.
